Unbanned but still banned

Well, i recently got banned by xbox live and then went and made a case review, the case review came back “overturned” and was clearly told that the suspension and was a mistake and they apologise and said they will unsuspend my account, three days later
im still waiting for my account to be unsuspended and would like to know how long this usually takes, im currently paying for xbox live i can barely use

We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active account suspension or a permanent suspension from within the last 12 months, you can submit a Case
Review to the Policy Enforcement team. This is not a glitch at all, but likely an issue where another account on the console was issued the console suspension. Please check all Microsoft Account emails associated with the console for more information on
that.

yeah I was told at one point by support to just sell my Xbox and buy a new one. But I believe there should be some form of compensation. I can't in good conscious sell a "glitched" Xbox to someone who won't get what they paid for.

I believe you have not been successfully unbanned and there is still a communications ban on your Xbox Live account by the enforcement team. There is nothing you can do to lift that ban unfortunately if it is permanent, however if not permanent you should
see your communications ban lifted after a couple of days, weeks, or months even. I hope this answers your question.
