Unbanned but still banned?

Discus and support Unbanned but still banned? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; ive been recently unbanned from a ban, I can now play online again but I still can't talk to my friends or message them or anything.     ive been recently unbanned from a ban, I can now play online again but I still can't talk to my friends or message them or anything. What do I do?

    Unbanned. But still banned?

    I was banned from online access until 12:31am. 11/12/17. But i still am banned from everything i checked the enforcement page and everything is cleared and good to go. What could the problem be?

    Unbanned but still banned?

    I believe you have not been successfully unbanned and there is still a communications ban on your Xbox Live account by the enforcement team. There is nothing you can do to lift that ban unfortunately if it is permanent, however if not permanent you should
    see your communications ban lifted after a couple of days, weeks, or months even. I hope this answers your question.

    Hey, guys!

    We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active account suspension or a permanent suspension from within the last 12 months, you can submit a Case
    Review     to the Policy Enforcement team. This is not a glitch at all, but likely an issue where another account on the console was issued the console suspension. Please check all Microsoft Account emails associated with the console for more information on
    that.

    yeah I was told at one point by support to just sell my Xbox and buy a new one. But I believe there should be some form of compensation. I can't in good conscious sell a "glitched" Xbox to someone who won't get what they paid for.
