Unbanned but it's glitched

Discus and support Unbanned but it's glitched in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been banned and on the page it said I got unbanned last Tuesday but I can't talk in party's or send messages but I can play online.     Unbanned but it's glitched


    I have been banned and on the page it said I got unbanned last Tuesday but I can't talk in party's or send messages but I can play online. I checked back and it didn't say banned or no unban date so I thought it was bugged next day it's still like that I've
    been waiting for a couple days but it still doesn't work.

    It's glitched... They're online but shows they're off. Trust me.

    Xbox console says my account is permanently banned, the enforcement website says its a 14 day ban.

    I am having this same problem, mine supposedly ends on the fifth but I'm worried it's glitched and permanently banned me.
    Did you get unbanned at all?

    They've confirmed it's a glitch and your probably not banned, they're working on a fix so I've just been sitting around watching Naruto while i wait for my account to be unbanned

    Update seems they were forced into actually checking this out and all of my bans have been due to a glitch out of my control saved to my cloud save, Im now unban again.
