    If your Console was banned then you did something very severe if it was an account suspension post in the Account suspension Forum

    In addition to the above, once an account or console is permanently banned from XBL it is irreversable. The XBL PET do not handle either one out lightly and only do so when they have 100% proof that such an action is warranted.
    And no, they are not obligated nor required to show that proof to anyone for any reason.

    On this account or another one? Have you checked the email associated with your Gamertag?



    As for your current tag, it too could be suspended for a CoC violation. Suggest you change your motto as it isn't allowed.
