I cannot believe you permanately banned my friend: MN KNOCKOUT 612. First of all he was playing Black Ops 1. A game that has been overrun with people who cheat, hack, boot people offline, and God only knows what else goes on that Microsoft
does absolutely nothing about. They claim that its not their responsibility. So you allow people to commit crimes on 360 everyday instead of shutting it down completely. You've instead chosen to add hacked, unsafe, and unplayable games to be played on the
Xbox One. Therefore, taking everyone's money who buys a game that they expect to be able to play online, but can't because all 360 games are overrun with modders and hackers. You banned my friend who had over a 60,000 gamerscore. He spent thousands and thousands
of dollars. You ban him on an old game that Microsoft does not care about. An elite gamer got banned because of some pathetic excuse of a gamer, that I'm sure got *** because he got humiliated over his lack of skill. I'm sure he was whining about losing so
my friend reacted (as he should) to him crying because he's not good enough. Are you serious? A 60k up gamerscore and you just ban him over black ops 1? I might add that Black Ops 1 Zombie mode has many cuss words in it. You have to be an adult to buy the
game. I am disgusted by your lack of poor judgement. This is an absolute shame. You just banned one of the best Call of Duty players. He's also one of your biggest customers. MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!! Either shutdown the game or take care of all the people cheating.
Stop ripping people off of their money!!! Banning someone over a game that used profanity is so hypocritical. Thanks for ruining his 10 years of xbox greatness over a lousy, crying, unimportant, Black Ops player. You should do the right thing and unban him.

As for cheaters in the games, all you need to do is report the cheaters. That report will be sent off for investigation.

 

Well first of all the fact he has a gamerscore of over 60000 means nothing, people can and still get banned irrespective the gamerscore.
