Unban

hi my Xbox ban ended on 9/21/17 at 9:45 pm eastern time but I still can’t communicate with anyone in chat or messages, is there another ban that I don’t know about? Any info is greatly appreciated.

This is correct. Only XBLPET will be able to look into your issue. Post is locked.

 

It is possible that your Enforcement action was extended. I have been hearing about a lot of that going on recently and the only advice I've heard of helping in this case is contacting support to inquire about the extension. They won't be able to do much
more than tell you that your current action was extended, but at least you'll know what's going on for sure. Here is a contact link for support.

you can also try this:

- Remove your account from the Console

- Hard reset your console "power cycle"

- Add your account back onto the console.

- Give it a whirl!
