UNBAN REQUEST

My account (gt: Bystand) was banned for something I did not do, and was solely someone else's actions. If I did not do anything, I should be unbanned. I pay 60 dollars every year for xbox live, and now I am banned for something I did not do or take any
part in. One person, whose gt is Im A Casanova was the only one who did anything that would be violating any rules.

Since the ban took place more than 12 months ago, there is no way you can contact the enforcement team regarding the ban. The only way to contact them is by submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com

Are you saying that someone accessed your account? Or were you in a lobby with someone else that was hosting a modded game of some sort? If its the former, you would need to call
Phone Support and request an 'Unauthorized Access Investigation'. Your account will be blocked for the duration of the investigation and they will follow up with you when they reach a conclusion.
Please note that someone knowing your password or accessing your account via your console, does not count as unauthorized access, as your security is your own responsibility. If it was due to a modded lobby, then then too would be at your own fault as you
participated in a modded game rather than backing out. Please understand that I am not accusing you of anything, I am simply going off the context of your opening post.



If you want to know more about your suspension, you should of received an email to explain why you have had enforcement against your account. This email will have been sent to the email address tied to the gamertag in question. Alternatively, you can post
in the below forum section and a member of the Enforcement Team (PET) will respond to you there. Please note that threads in that specific section are reviewed before they are published so you may not see your thread appear straight away.

No, I was accused of abusing another player and my account was then permanently banned. I was the only one banned, and I have not been presented with any evidence that I may have done anything to offend or harm anyone. I know I never do anything that might
get my account banned. How will I get it unbanned?

 

you wont they do not ban an account without 100% investigating it there is no appeal for them either sorry.

I dont see how i can be banned without me seeing why first. I never disrespect anyone, and would especially never do something to get my account banned. Please review it, you can not say there is no appeal when I am a paying customer.

 

NONE of us can help you you will have to post in the thread posted above that is the ONLY place where you can find out exactly why you were banned but as I said there is no appeal. if it was not you that did the deeds call up support and open an unauthorized
access claim if they can find out the account was not in your control then there is a possibility they can contact the PET and see if they can get it reversed those are your ONLY options sorry.

 

Only place to appeal is linked below but chances are slim. It is almost never if at all that suspension/ban is reversed.
