Unban request (Xbox)

Sorry to hear you were banned. I'm afraid no one here or in support can help with Xbox enforcements. What you'll need to do is log in to https://enforcement.xbox.com and click on the handshake icon on the left side of the screen. From there you can see the reason for the enforcement and open a case review with the PET (only available to enforcements longer than 24 hours)

NONE of us can help you you will have to post in the thread posted above that is the ONLY place where you can find out exactly why you were banned but as I said there is no appeal. if it was not you that did the deeds call up support and open an unauthorized
access claim if they can find out the account was not in your control then there is a possibility they can contact the PET and see if they can get it reversed those are your ONLY options sorry.

Since the ban took place more than 12 months ago, there is no way you can contact the enforcement team regarding the ban. The only way to contact them is by submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com

The forums are not a place to post un-ban requests. An account suspension completely blocks the affected account from being able to sign in to the Xbox Live service for the duration of the suspension. Account suspensions are issued for a specified duration,

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions alwaysoccur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.
