    Hello, I had a question on how to get an old account unbanned. I know my information for my old email but I can't sign in due to my phone number changing. The account was made when I was in middle school a little over a decade ago so other information outside the password and email I have forgotten. Is there another way I can recover this email to get a ban appeal for my xbox account or if there's a way to get an appeal through other means

    I do have my login information but I do not have the phone number attached to the account. So because of the I can't sign in

    Without login information to be able to sign into the enforcement site, there would be no way to submit an appeal. Also keep in mind, if the ban was issued over 12 months ago, it would no longer be eligible for an appeal.

    Forgot Email and Password to 2 old accounts.

    If you know the gamertags on the accounts, then the specialists at Xbox (1-800-4-MYXBOX) can aid you in confirming what the emails attached to the accounts are. You are going to need to get through security with the agent, but if you can provide enough information
    about the accounts, then they will be able to get the email for you and help you with the password reset process to recover them.
