    Dear XBLPET. i would like to have my comms unbanned as compensation for the racial injustice i suffered yesterday at the hands lf your company's tech support. when i recieved the ban i called in to figure out why. the moment i connected with that person
    i said 1 word and was called...excuse me for saying it but i want you to know the severity of what the person said....[Mod Removed - Please do not bypass the word filter. See

    [Mod Removed]    . I ain't helping no [Mod Removed]." and hung up. Before you ask it was your tech support line i had the annoying automated message repeating for 15 min . It was uncalled for, unwarranted and frankly unprovoked. I'm extremely
    disheartened that this was a foreign office saying such hate filled vile remarks. So please to avoid making this a media fiasco just unban my comms. . . .

    i got but its a "glitch in the system" (communication)

    when i have a look at my comm ban i can see cause i get a glitch in the system page

    i think this warrents a apology form xbox and a unban

    why did I get comm banned

    I got comm banned for no reason absolute jokes man xbox, microsoft please unban me if you guys can give me a banned you wont hear me but atleast give me a reason.

    The only way to contact them is by filing a case review on the enforcement site

    A case review would be the only possible way to have a ban lifted, but if it's not eligible, all you can do is wait it out. Profanity is not allowed, so even with a case review, it's unlikely your ban would be lifted.
