Unban my account

The team is only providing me with scant info on the nature of my suspension. A permenent suspension for telling a few pros to "Eff off" for destroying me online is hardly justifiable compared to all the gay bashing, racism, and sexual content I hear used
in every game I've played online, and I feel I'm being made an example of

If an account has been banned it is banned for good no matter what you did. Its is very rare/impossible to get a account unbanned and saying anything offensive to other players repeatedly will get you benned if they report you. So next time if you see someone
else doing the same. Report them to make abox live a better place. I hope this helps

Yeah, I have posted there. All I get is an automated reply reiterating the exact legalese I received in my initial email. From all the searching I've done it seems that most of the time, trash talking and foul language result in warnings or temporary suspensions,
yet I've received a lifelong suspension for harassment which is totally uncalled for and unfair in proportion to my households online behavior, particularly in comparison to the antics I witness every day online on XBL.

Is there any other place to redress this situation? I can't believe XBL does nothing for the consumer but provide a hotline which is useless and a forum which spits out automated replies to such a serious and detrimental act.

Agreed. Simply pointing out that others have done worse does not change the fact that the Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct were violated.
