Unban me

    Unban me


    basically all my bans have been lifted but for some reason I can't communicate. I go into a chat with a Xbox support and they say I have a ban until the 2nd of December. This isn't appearing on my end and I don't deserve the ban.i would appreciate if you
    could lift the ban as I feel it has wrongly been enforced. Cheers

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. All you can do is wait it out.

    As Smwutches mentioned, the Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Some enforcement actions including, but not limited to 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. You can find more information
    in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    You may have seen more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox associated with your Microsoft Account. Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there inadvertently.
    It's possible the suspension on your account is not listed on the enforcement website, but was communicated to you via email instead.

    hello sorry but my console was banned from xbox live but I do not inflicted any standards, I've played with original games and not break the code of conduct, I demand an answer please

    support.xbox.com/.../terms-of-use-conduct    . Please note that console bans are permanent, Microsoft does not un-ban consoles who have been banned. This is because there was a gross violation of the XBOX 360/Live's Terms of Service. Your console will stay
