Unban after 5 years?

No,afraid not.You need to appeal any enforcement action within 12 months of it being issued so as yours is from 5 years ago it's too late & there is nothing you can do.

Try asking after one year. I have knowledge that some people got unbaned. But, under one year nothing. You can ask a rewards support to unban you. But, lot's of people have been baned for few years.

Just create a new account with a different email and have fun gaming !

not true i still have not been unbanned and i know i have done nothing wrong

they reckon i have done market place thieft when i have paid for every thing on my xbox

i have a gamescore of 73000 why would i throw that away all that time.im was going

to be first in my state with 100.000 not now unless microsoft decide to unban me
