    so i want to buy a xonex on fb marketplace and the seller was kind enough to point out the system is banned.

    is there a way to unban it before or after i purchase it?

    depending on the answer ill by the system or not.

    id like a MS rep to reply to this. the chatbot never replied (somehow) and i cant initiate a chat with an actual human no matter what option i choose.

    To my knowledge it can not be unbanned. See if you can get a refund for the Game system.

    You may not care, but the only way to take care of the issue is to post in the suspensions forum (#14 on the support forums). Unfortunately more than likely the post will get deleted. More than likely your console will not be unbanned as short of another
    issue with the banning system do they very rarely do they unban banned console. Hopefully I am wrong and your console will be unbanned. Good luck.
