Why Russian version is unavailable in Xbox One Store???

What was your fix? Im stuck with the data pack being unavailable on the xbox store and on the microsoft store.

I confirm this issue. Rebooting and reset system doesn`t help. Me too, russian-speaking man. I`am not from russia and not using russian region on xbox. And I also meet this strange bug. Russian federation - only region upon sanctions. Why you apply sanctions restrictions even for russian language? What`s a point? It`s truelly discrimination of russian-speaking people around the world! According to US sanctions and policy of your company to suspend bussiness in russian federation, you may only restrict store by region. So, in total:
1) You break your own rules. Why?
2) You discriminate russian-speaking community, who do not live in Russia and even do not agree with Russian politic. It`s discrimination by language. It`s not a democracy, it`s a nazi-way. Again, why?

I very hope that it is just a technical bug and will be fixed ASAP.

I totally understand where you're coming from as I have also made sure that I will be able to check and validate everything and that's just the only official article from them that may be related to the issue that you're experiencing.

I believe that you should be able to use your native language, and if it's working by searching the games manually it can be a simple issue only. Kindly perform a powercycle to check if that will fix the issue.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work, you can reset your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Russia actually restricts you btw too

You cannot.transfer money in or out of Russia business wise you can use foreign money to buy Russian products (they are trying to prevent the ruple from crashing not.very successfully) and yes it was a putin executive order

Second did you change your locale or just the language

If you changed the locale YOU changed the region of the store hence the sanctions with embargoed countries

You can change the language however you cannot use the Russian xbox store until both Russia and most of the world lift the sanctions and yes its a multi nation embargo

No business can do business with a sanctioned country

Ask the Chinese the daughter of the chairman of Huawei who happens to be a vp is under house arrest for nearly 5 years for breaking the sanctions

It has nothing to do with discrimination

Companies aren't allowed to play politics dispite what you think they have to follow the law
