Was wondering if you could add an Estonian region, I am unable to pay over Xbox.

Unfortunately there is no news about Xbox Live coming to more regions at the moment. It might come in the future.

I would suggest you post this on

As this will be the fastest way of getting your request through to yhe neccessary people that work on the system.

If it is unavailable in your region then you won't be able to get it.

Setting your store region to any geographic zone you are not physically in is a violation of TOS and can lead to account and hardware bans.

There are some things that doesn't allow you to change your region, these are the reasons:

"You changed country/regions within the last three months.
Your account is currently suspended (for example, the credit card on one of your subscriptions has expired).
You’re a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region and will not be a minor in the region that you’re moving to.
You’re not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region but will be considered a minor in the country/region that you’re moving to.
Your billing info is incomplete or incorrect on the account (such as your address or phone number).
You have a balance due or any open balance on your account."
