    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I've just notice that some games are not available in the region where I'm staying (South Africa), and because of that I'm missing a lot of opportunity of getting free gold live games. For
    example Tekken tag tournament 2 is free right now but I can't download it coz it's not availaible in my region. Please try to find a solution for people who are in the same region than me. Thanks

    I tried it but it didn't work, the game is just not available in South Africa, Thanks for your support
    Actually it would be what you arent getting is one your acount region and actual region and console region MUST match

    So if you picked uk or usa just for tekken as you mentrioned it wont work

    This means you selected your WRONG region and must use the correct one

    Under manage my account on this website

    For the best experience with xbox live your account region MUST REFLECT your actual region and no its not just a setting on your console

    Unfortunately not much can be done, you could file a complaint and have friends in the region file complaints to get Microsoft's attention
