    I don't even get an error code. My my message is "Taptiles is not available to you." I paid for a second year's subscription three months ago. Same thing happened with Backgammon last week. No solution for either. Any ideas?

    Read the preview announcements. This is normal and nothing is wrong with your system. It's unavailable at the moment for all users.

    LOCKED - Swapping gamertags, old tag still in use?

    There isn't one. Here's the thing, if you try to use a GT and it says unavailable, it's unavailable. The system wasn't set up for "swapping" GTs. Your old GT may have been claimed by another user already, or it could be in use on another platform now (Zune,
    etc).

    Basically there is no resource for checking a GT or in any way "giving" it to you. I know that sounds vague, but that's how it works. Sorry for your frustration.

    My Xbox says I'm connected on connected devices on hot spot settings on phone but when I try to connect on the Xbox to go to live it says nat type unavailable n won't let me go online

    I understand that your xbox nat type says unavailable and will not let you go online

    When a gamertag is "already in use" it means that the tag, or some form of the tag, is taken across any associated platform (Games for Windows Live, Zune, Bungie.net etc). In your case, the most likely thing is that some form of the tag is used. For example,
    Xbox Live sees "BrigadierBac0n" as the same as "Brigadier Bac0n" as the same as "bRiGaDierBaC0n." If the Gamertag is unavailable, it's unavailable.
