Unauthorized return

The money from a game of mine that i bought 3 months ago was reimbursed or canceled without my permission. I never asked for the refund and i can not get the money back because it went to a card that was canceled 2 weeks ago.

If it was cancelled that would most likely be on the cards end. I would contact them as well.

You may want to reach out to the financial institution who was handling the card that you cancelled. They may be able to shed some light on why this occurred or if it was initiated on their end. Additionally you can always reach out to MS Billing Support
and they will be able to give you some details on the refund and what triggered it. Best of luck!

you will have to wait till the account is returned (they do it at their end)

call support and reopen an unauthorized access case

mention the previous Service request number

only in instances of stolen accounts will they return an account to the original region
