    I need the direct phone number to have these unauthorized purchases to be credited to my credit card.

    Requesting a refund will not help in this case cause the purchases are older than 14 days.

    You have to request a call back from the phone support !

    And make sure that the games he purchased are not played anymore !

    But for real you must hope for a lot of goodwill from MS, cause you are responsible for all this !

    You need to open a ticket at support.xbox.com. No one with the ability to handle account or financial questions reads this website.

    Wtf my kid is 7 years old and u allow him to use xbox and take money out of my account and you wont refund 530.00 this is bull shit cause u refunded me 9 months ago my son is 7 i thought you had to be 18 please get back to me asap
    You can prevent unauthorized purchases.
