    Hi,

    could you please help me with the following:

    - my son plays fortnite on his xbox with his own login name

    - I have my own login name, which I rarely use

    - this week, a few orders (Vbuck) have been debited on my account which is connected to my login name

    - my own login name is locked with a password which my son does no know

    - and I personally also did not use this login

    Does anyone understand how (I guess) my son could buy Vbucks with his login name, which then get billed on my account, while the transactions do not show under his login name?

    Call support and file an unauthorised access and wait several months, call your bank also!

    It's possible what the other agent did was submit an unauthorized access investigation ticket for you, and in this case you will need to wait to hear back for the resolution and for the refund of the game.

    I had same issue with my account two years ago, I called customer support to fix it. I had forgotten I had changed my membership from month to month to year to year. I had not change it in time for the billing. I had it fixed and it was credited back to
    me. You can change you billing but it may take a month to show the change. Same as if you change your email and other things on your account. Call customer support and they will help you with this.
