    unauthorized microsoft charges on my bank statement???


    I have multiple charges from Microsoft on my bank statement that i did not do, how can i get my money refunded? all the charges were from the same day and multiple charges were the exact same amount.

    Microsoft stole my money!! I found several unauthorized charges in my bank account and was refused a refund! Pay close attention to your Microsoft billing and your bank account !!

    The thing is this Did you contact xbox support to let them know that your account was hacked and there was unauthorized charges on your account?

    Or did you just go straight to your bank and dispute the charges?

    If you went straight to your bank Microsoft sees that as trying to get around their refund policies and as marketplace theft.

    You will need to contact billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us

    You may also want to contact your credit card company to dispute the charges if you feel they were made by someone other than you.

    To get you fraudulent charges reversed, please contact your bank or financial institution and report the fraudulent charges. This is the process for all fraudulent charges on your account. It is no different with Microsoft charges than it would be if you
    saw charges from McDonald's you didn't make. It would be advisable and your financial institution will probably do it any way but your cards will be replaced to prevent unauthorized charges going forward. This is the standard process. This is why it is important
    to monitor your statements and report any unauthorized transactions to your financial institution. This really shouldn't be new information.

    The owner of the account should be able to tell by looking at their bank statements and if their were any charges that they do not recognize on them it would have a way of contacting either MicroSoft or to contact their bank to dispute those charges.
