Unauthorized charges on xbox live.

We recently had some unauthorized charges on xbox live. I chatted with support and was refunded some charges after the fact that he didnt give me a chance to list all charges. So they only have a one time courtesy refund. I changed my password, added a passkey.
Well, now it happened again with the security measures but according to Microsoft "they are no hidden charges". FRUSTRATED.. any help as to what i can do, i have already removed my card. Support had said that someone added it back when i was chatting but
there are no hidden charges!!!!!!!!!!

First off, I'd suggest you check your billing statements to ensure no unauthorized charges where made. Next, if you do see unauthorized charges you need to contact phone support ASAP. 1-800-4MY-Xbox (US). Please visit the Xbox Security page for more information:
www.xbox.com/.../Account-Security.

"Only call Xbox support if:

There are unauthorized charges on your account

You can't change your password

Your gamertag has changed

You can't download your profile"

Unauthorized Charges

Call Xbox Customer Support IMMEDIATELY, tell them you have had Unauthorized access on your account. they will know what to do. Do it now! 18004MYXBOX

Sorry, but the only thing you can do is try working with support again and have them perform an unauthorized access investigation.

This could be categorized as a unauthorized purchase on xbox games add ons if you child is under the age of consent to make the purchase themselves.

It is important to add parental controls to your Xbox Live account:

"Parental safeguards for Xbox Live and your Xbox 360 console"

If Microsoft will not remove the purchase and refund the account, you may consider contacting your credit card company to dispute the charge directly.

Again, as the parent it is typically thought of as your responsibility for your Childs access and behavior:
