unauthorized charges i need help

Sorry to hear this has happened.

To request a refund you will need to contact support. We aren’t able to issue refunds or access accounts on the forums.

When contacting support, please select the option ‘I don’t recognize a charge’ under ‘subscriptions and billing’. You will then be able to speak to someone who can sort this out for you.

Also, I’d suggest contacting your bank and cancelling your card to prevent further unauthorised charges.

that would be pending charges

There is nothing they can do until they go thru

You havd to contact your bank about it

All you can do is contact billing depart as it is their power

For future reference goto commerce.microsoft.com and sign in with the said account

That will show pending charges and current payments methods

Or unauthorized access case?

They are completely different

If you feel your account was compromised you need to file a unauthorized access case

You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but if the charge is not on your account and you don't have access to the account it is tied to, you'll need to contact your bank to help with unauthorized charges.
