Unauthorized Charges for Xbox

I had more than $1,800 charged to my account that were not authorized by me and Microsoft is refusing to offer a refund even within the 14 day refund period. Have others experienced this?

You'll need to continue to talk to Microsoft support about issues of fraud.

You must identify which account the charges are coming from by logging into the order history page.

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Once you identify the account and the item in question, you can request a refund for items purchased up to 14 days old.

If it is a subscription, you can stop recurring billing

Once you have it on hand, you can request a refund by filling out the following form:

https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

If you are unable to locate where the charges are coming from, you have already changed your CC and you are still being charged, you should escalate the case to your bank.

i would speak to your bank and inform them of fraud not just microsoft.

Yes. They don’t care. Its about there bottom line even if its fraudently activity. They encourage this by allowing it to continue. There are numerous complaints regarding this type of activity.

yeah someone must have gotten your password. definitely change it to something really difficult and contact your bank about the fraudulent charges.
