Unauthorized Charge On My Debit Card

You will want to request a refund and specify that they were not authorized. Also change your security details on your account just to be safe. Here are a couple of helpful tips on keeping your account secure.

The refund procedure is now a self-service option. This means that you would need to

request for a refund from your end. However, this would need to be able to sign into the account that made these purchases in order to be able to see charges that are eligible for a refund.

You can
contact Xbox customer support, and they may be able to provide additional info on this matter, but they will be unable to process a refund for any unauthorized charges on your account. For this I would have to recommend that you contact your financial institution.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. As the Ambassadors have stated previously, it would be best to see if these charges are reflected in your or a family member's Microsoft account by

checking the purchase history. If you do find them, then you may
request a refund using the webform and stating that they are unauthorized.

Should the charges not be reflected in your account, or you wish a bit more help, then I would further recommend that you
contact Xbox Support by requesting a call back or chat so that the support advocate to check the account for you. They may also be able to locate and remove the card from where
they stem from, but it is not guaranteed.

Lastly, if you are unable to locate the source of the charges, you may wish to contact your financial institution to have them reversed. Our Ambassador,Christyna64,
was also correct that you should further secure your methods of payments as well to be on the safe side: Prevent unauthorized
