    Unauthorized Charge on Card


    I got charged $26.49 on my card for Microsoft yesterday - this was an Unauthorized Charge. My oldest son does have an Xbox account but it is on his card - Not Mine. I went online to try to talk to a representative. It is like an act of God to get in contact with someone as Microsoft!! I finally got a female representative on your online chat - she said that I would need to get in touch with XBOX support, and gave me a phone number to call. I called that number and it directed me a another website....REALLY???? I went onto the website and requested a phone call (that was another act of God).....it said I would receive a call in 1 minute - No one called. This is frustrating. I need someone from Microsoft to contact me or email me back about this issue.
