Unauthorized banning of my account

For some reason that was not clear to me, I was banned from xbox live. I don't even play any games except offline minecraft with mods so this ban doesn't make any sense I really want to appeal a ban on what apparently microsoft has no interest in answering the emails I've been sending since yesterday

Use of such things can lead to account and console bans.

There is nothing anyone else here can do. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. Even with unauthorized
access cases, depending on the severity of the action they do not reverse the bans.

But there has to be this is ridiculous I had absolutely done nothing wrong and they banned me for something that was unauthorized on my account after an unauthorized access case. What is the meaning of this?
