Unauthorized account update

    I had logged on my xbox 360 this morning at 9am. It told me i had 12 years on my account which wasn't right. I was concerned that i was getting banned or a suspension.

    Hacked account

    Unauthorized access cases are handled by phone support. I would recommend giving them a call for an update on the status of your account.

    I didn't even think about PayPal! That's a really good idea. I had an unauthorized charge recently to my PayPal account and they were AWESOME about reversing it -- and quickly, too.

    you opened a unauthorized charges case?

    Or unauthorized access case?

    They are completely different

    If you feel your account was compromised you need to file a unauthorized access case

    Please make sure when you're able to update that information that you do so. This keeps your account safe from people that may try to gain unauthorized access to your account. Glad you're back online.

    thats assuming these are unauthorized charges

    i'd have a chat with support or review the purchase history on his account before calling on unauthorized investigation
