    The problem there is that you gave trust to the wrong person and although he accessed your account without your permission, he did so via legitimate means. You account security is your own responsibility at all times. I understand that you are asking for
    the 0G games to be taken off your account play history but this is not something that is likely to happen. You said it yourself, if they help you then they will be compelled to help everyone else.

    The above posters may not be verified staff members but they are extremely helpful people that have been here for a long long time and know their stuff. All of the answers above are accurate and correct. Sorry, but there really isn't anything that can be
    done. You have been provided with the facts and the means to contact the enforcement team in their own forum section. No one here can help you directly with your problem.

    im not going to read that after the first 2 sentences. if you knew the situation i hit remember console gamer profile because i had no reason not to trust him. he did this without my permission. there was no way it could be undone once he did it. it was
    over from once he did it WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. so once again you are not verified. very very annoying from when i asked for you guys not to post anymore and you keep posting. you guys are not knowledgeable about any topic except the guidelines you read and
    things you hear from support representatives. you dont know anything behind the scenes. but you tried. So PLEASE don't reply again.

    You seem a little unclear about what exactly defines the difference between an unauthorized access and an authorized access. Firstly, I acknowledge that you believe that once you selected 'remember me' on his console, that it couldn't be undone. That however,
    is incorrect. Xbox LIVE is designed to allow you to enjoy your gaming not just at home, but on the move too. As such, there are options that allow you to add security to your account access when you are visiting friends. This is here to prevent situations
    such as the one you have found yourself in. Please see the below link for more information on that to avoid any future repeat occurrences.

    This draws back to the fact that this was not an unauthorized access. Yes, it happened without your permission and that is undoubtedly unfair but it still falls upon your own responsibility to protect your account on your own console, and any console your
    profile is subject to.

    but you have been told this already. Posting over there is the ONLY way to communicate with the enforcement team. All they will tell you is why though and since you already know why it will be pointless. We have tried to
    be helpful but you refuse to listen so good luck with everything.

    you opened a unauthorized charges case?

    Or unauthorized access case?

    They are completely different

    If you feel your account was compromised you need to file a unauthorized access case

    Similar event happened to be, though I was able to get my account back before calling them. Someone added $70 worth of points and spend about $42 on "PREMIUM GOLD JUMBO" on 11/27/11. I called them right after I regained access to my account and they locked
    it for investigation. I got an email on 12/14/11 saying:

    Dear Xbox LIVE Customer,

    We reviewed your report of unauthorized access to your Xbox LIVE account. It appears that you've regained control of your Xbox LIVE account. If you haven't regained control of your account, please call Xbox Support and mention your Service Request Number
    -------------. We are happy to help you resolve any problems with your Xbox LIVE account.


    If purchases were made on your Xbox LIVE account while your account was out of your control, the purchase amounts will be refunded. Refunds for fraudulent purchases will be credited to your account within the next 10 business days, but can take up to
    30 days before they appear on your credit card billing statement.

    I also received 2 free months of Xbox Live, but I decided not to touch my account beyond checking the billing history to see when I'd be refunded for the lost points. I just checked today to see that all of the points I had (the ones the hacker added,
    but didn't spend, and points that I added beforehand) are gone. Before, it was in the history that the points were spent and what they were spent on. This time around, there's nothing indicating where the points were spent. I don't know if this is just Microsoft's
    SOP for refunds or what, but I'm gonna hold out a few days to see if its before I call and question it.
