Unauthorized Access

Hi my issue is minor but should be easily resolved. A couple years ago I went to vacation with my cousin and he was friends with this guy who was really smart with computers. He knew I was big on getting achievements and he had my Xbox profile remembered
on his console because I trusted him. Then i came home and he said he had a surprise for us and when we signed into our gamer tags we realized we had every achievement unlocked and my gamer score was around 40,000. I didn't mind and neither did my cousin,
however throughout playing I got reported and then my achievements were stripped and I was labeled a cheater which is completely understandable because that should have not been happening. So throughout the time I have been trying to delete the games with
0 gamer score. I talked to customer service and did everything in the book and nothing could be done. With recent research I found out it is because these were the games he modded. Customer service said there was nothing they can do but for me to post a forum
under authorized access and explain my situation. So my gamer tag is Bowman299. All i am asking for is if you guys could delete the games with 0 gamer score under my gamer history. It would mean a great deal to me. Also I have the gamer tag of the one who
did all this but I am pretty sure you guys banned his console from what he did. If you need any more information you can contact me. Thank you for your time

Sorry, but there is nothing that can be done. Even though those games now show you have 0 gamerscore from them, because they did have achievements attached to them at one point they cannot be removed from your game history.

 

So it is impossible for the enforcement team to permanently delete the games that have 0 gamer score? I'm not trying to be rude, i just find that hard to believe

 

Technically speaking it is something that could be done, however, Microsoft have not made it possible for that to be done. The enforcement team only issues the reset. There is no way to contact them to delete anything from an account.

 

I have the number for the enforcement team but I was told by customer service to do this first. Are you a community ambassador or just another gamer? I appreciate your knowledge but I just wanted to talk to someone who is verified, because like you said
technically it can be done and i don't why they would not do it considering i had no control on what happened.

 

the only Situation where it can be done is

1. you have played the game

2. you have not earned ANY gs

3. you remove it by yourself

anything else will only result in Microsoft refusing to remove gamerscore or games from a Profile

 

There is no direct number to the enforcement team. You may have a number to support. I am an ambassador.

Even though someone else modded the gamerscore on your account, you are responsible for anything that happens with your account.

 

Hi, After talking to customer service again to resolve this issue I was much more informed. I realized that not only can I not delete the games that have 0 gamer score but I also cannot earn any of the achievements on the games that were modded on my account.
He said that since I was in good standing with my reputation as a player that I could ask the enforcement team to lift this lock that has been put on these games. Depending on how strict they want to be with me they can do up to anything or nothing. So I am
politely asking if the enforcement team (since they are the only ones with this authority) to delete the games that have the lock on them. Which are the ones with 0 gamer score. I would greatly appreciate it. If you are not willing to do that, my only other
favor would be too lift these locks I have on these certain games so I could earn them legitimately. I would prefer for them to be deleted since I have only 4 of those 30 games. So it would mean much more to me if they were deleted permanently instead of just
being lifted but the decision is not mine to be made. Thank you

However, the support agent you talked to was misinformed. Gamerscore resets are permanent. The enforcement team does not lift them.

 

Smwutches is correct once you are reset there is NO way to get the reset scores off your account OR get any scores for them back. the only way to get rid of those reset scores is to start over fresh on a new account that would be the ONLY way to re earn
them the correct way sorry.

 

Please do not reply to my post anymore unless you are verified. I just talked to customer service and he said you guys are wrong you are just answering to gain xp to level up. not trying to be rude, but i specifically said this is between me and the enforcement
team. the decision is theirs. thank you...

 

um no we are not wrong, what me and the other poster said is 100% correct all you will get from the enforcement team is WHY it was reset there is NO way to get it back or to get the reset ones removed. only starting over on a new account will you be able
to get those scores back. I know it is not the answer you want but it is the only correct answer support is incorrect about how the game score resets work.

 

I asked politely for you not to blow this thread up. What more must I say for you to stop ? You are another gamer who has been told what I was originally been told how the gamer score and accounts work. I did much digging over the past months and There IS
a way. only through the enforcement team. most supporters will not tell you this because if they help little "me" out big Xbox will have many other "little" me's or "you's" asking for the same thing. (if you can follow). But since i have been in good standing
for so long and I had not had control, hence the subject UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS there shouldn't be much of problem. Also it is not about the answer i want, its about what happened to me and the background. If they tell me no then that's that. if they say yes
then my little issue is solved just like that. But you are not verified to tell me such an answer. Since you want to help me out so much how about you tell me how to delete this post? otherwise these misinformed answers your getting from the support team are
going to get ignored. just one last thing. think about what your saying. the top notch team/department who can do ANYTHING with your account cannot delete a game under your game history. Lol
