    Unauthorized Access on my account! Please help!


    this the second time in a months span. Where when I sign in to xbox I get a notification saying my account has been signed in elsewhere! I just checked my email and it sayed

    • "This email is to notify you that your Xbox Live account privileges have been permanently suspended due to cheating, inappropriate gameplay, and/or system abuse. This conduct has been determined to be severe, repeated, and/or excessive."
    i am very confused on what happened!

    I contacted xbox support via phone and the lady said my account has been recovered on 4 different xbox's!

    i never used my account on any other xbox then my own!

    and when I got on black ops 2 my profile was all *** up with corrupted stuff?

    dI'd someone steal my account? And "mod" it?

    my Gamertag was: Mileys Twerks

    please help me out! My account was stolen and now it's banned!

    I am really ticked off and scared at the same time.

    please help me out ASAP!!!!

    You would have to phone support again & ask to open an unauterised access case.

    They should of offered you this option when you phoned before.

    Someone must have your details for your account for it to be recovered on 4 different xboxs.

    Phone customer support again and ask them to escalate this issue to the right department for unauthorised access.

    Doing what Daft Badger says is the correct step. After they've finished their investigation they will send the results to the PET who will release the account back to you if the findings show that you lost access to it.

    I will try but I'm just really upset that I has gotten ban when I had done nothing wrong I just wish the enforcement team would let me tell the rest of what happend I step of just 500 characters :(
