No. It actually exists to give other people in your house access to your purchased content and Gold. That is why it is called Home Console! Signing into or sharing account details for an account that is not yours is a violation of the COC!

Xontact your bank since ms accounts cant be used as billing optjon for ms store

 

However they are used as login and verification of warranty so contzct support for your account bein g compromised along with contact your bank

Your creditcard info would still have tonbe entered manually to use the site as they dont share info according to the site
