Ive tried this 5 or 6 times and never receive a call! I am however able to purchase things of a lesser value? Is there a limit?EE are telling me there is nonissue their end

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account / Microosft store and assist you with making your desired purchase.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Thanks for coming to the forums. What type of purchase are you trying to make? With some there are certain payment options that will not work. For example if buying Xbox 360 backward compatible games, you will need a credit/debit card. So in this instance
its most likely the phone option isn't available for the purchase or it would show.
