Unauthorised use of bank account details by a family member

How do u find out who's been purchasing content on x box using unauthorised bank details.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about seeing what payment instrument was used to make a purchase on your account.

By viewing your
Order history you are able to view what was purchased on your account, and what payment instuement was used to make that purchase.

Keep in mind that you will only be able to view this on accounts that have purchases made. If you are not logged into the correct account, its possible you will not see this info.

Thanks sort ov. The unauthorised use was made I think on another console with an unknown account. I think my child has shared my payment details so far 100£ has gone from my bank what can I do to find out which console and what account. Is this even possible.

In this situation, I would have to recommend that you
contact Xbox Support as they would be much better equipped to assist you with find a favorable resolution.

if your mum's bank details are linked to the Xbox account and you have no access to the account to remove it, the best option is for her to contact her bank so they can prevent unauthorised purchases.

I went to the bank yesterday to put money in to pay for Xbox live. My account is fine. If I was to use a family members credit card and remove the details after I've paid for the live will it have any effect on anything ?
