Unauthorised selling of Xbox Live Accounts

File a report with a screenshot and/or url if possible and send it to xbox support.

Yeah please contact EA for this issue. If the Xbox Live account was compromised then contacting support for Xbox and launching an Unauthorised Access investigation would be the best idea.
