Unauthorised purchases

Hello all,

This month I've been having trouble with someone using my account without my knowledge or consent and purchasing various games over the last 4 weeks (The initial £60 worth of games brought without my permission was refunded). I have changed my password,
reviewed security information and done my best to ensure this would not happen again, but despite this 2 days ago another purchase was made.

After talking to a member of the Microsoft team regarding this I was informed that I had already used my one time refund clause and any further purchases would be non-refundable, despite the purchases not being made by myself.

I've now removed all payment options and information from my account and changed my password and security information yet again, but I'm just wondering if there is any way of making an official complaint to Microsoft? I've been looking online and cant seem
to find any way of doing it asides from just the online chats which proved unhelpful. I just cant accept losing my hard earned money due to their security failures and lack of co-operation.

Unauthorised Microsoft Point Purchases

Same issue here, except it's 3 x 6000 MS points here. I'm told it's going to take 3 weeks or more. It's beyond me how they can't deal with this faster. i can even see the consoleid of the person who stole it. Since the bought licence is linked to it. Also
Swedish support seems to have no way to raise the issue higher either.

KInd of sucks to invest in games and EA Sports season ticket and a week later you can't use it for a month.

Support was really nice in the phone, but I kind of expected more from such a huge company as MS.

If you have a pro tip on actually getting hold of anyone who can escelate the issue, Im all ears.

Thanks for your reply and I understand what you are saying however.... The in game credits were not used (the pizza wasn't eaten) and how could they refund me 3 purchases but not the rest? (they took back 3 slices but not the rest)

Sincerely in this situations the best option is
ask your mobile provider a refund.
Because it seems that someone is using your payment information without your knowledge/authorization if the order number doesn't appear on your Microsoft account order history

To avoid this situation again, I can advice you to ask them to block incoming charges from Microsoft
