    Unauthorised payment


    £175.89 has been taken from my bank account for a game which should have cost me £15.99. The 11 payments of£15.99 were taken the day after i spoke to Microsoft who assured me that the payments wouldn't be taken, and only 1 payment would be debited. I spoke
    to my bank and cancelled all but 1 of the authorisations, therefore, this money has been taken illegally.

    I have now been waiting 2 ½ hours for a callback, after being told i would get a call in 35 minutes, I'm also in the queue for web chat, and about to post to Twitter, when all I want is a refund of my money.

    I don't see why i should be jumping through hoops to rectify a problem which I did not cause.

    Sounds like you have auto-renew enabled as well. You can disable that on the My Account section found at the top-right corner of this page. As far as support numbers though, you can find a whole list

    This would be best resolved by calling Customer Support 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    Also when you use a CC to make purchases with your account it gives you an option to remember your CC #. Try not checking that box next time.

    You can always call Xbox Tech. and ask them can they help you in any way. This would probably be the best solution and the most legit one. Here is their calling info.
