After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 72 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

If you find an unauthorized purchase there note down the order number of it there and use it to fill out this form here: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/forms/request-a-refund

The support number for Australia is 1800 555 741. This is toll free from landlines (you may incur charges if calling from a mobile).

Perhaps you misread, but it is 5:55, call centre closes at 6, and I need this sorted before the payment is fully charged.
