    Hi, I'v had money deducted from my paypal account for an unknown reason. Microsoft say they don't refund for used games but I did not buy the game from Microsoft. I made a complaint to Microsoft but the case is now closed. What can I do now?

    Well two things first the easiest way and most important

    Call support for an unauthorized access case if you have an xbox account the account is locked while you wait for the results

    If you gameshare STOP IT

    Never trust your account to strangers

    If worst comes to wear contact paypal and mention the unauthorized transaction

    Or your card however SINCE It is thru paypal there is a catch if you try a charge back

    It takes upto 90days

    60 days if you do it thru your creditcard

    So yes working with xbox is the best way

    As it would take upto 30days

    I don't think Microsoft understood my complaint. I did not buy anything from them. They said I wasn't entitled to a refund. The service request number is 1511493059 But I'm unable to get back to them.

    My account has been charged for the Xbox Game Pass subscription, totaling 102.47 baht. However, my Microsoft account indicates that I have not yet paid for the service.

    In the Microsoft system, it doesn't show any deduction, but in my account, there's a deduction, and I have a transaction number to confirm.

    Will xbox still deduct $12 per month even though Im not recieving a service or do they stop deducting payments?
