    you need to refund this in 24 hours and the overdraft charges resulting

    there is no tel number that is easy to find on the website

    These transactions were from my own bank account immediately after my legitimate purchase my xbox account has not been compromised.

    If you click the link in my first post above it should take you to the numbers exactly for your country/region. If you're worried about that you can have them call you via the Request a Call button on the
    support page here as well. I believe you shouldn't have any charges for that if they call your phone.

    You can reach that area by clicking Billing & Memberships > Under Account Management > Click Unauthorized Charges.

    options for contacting support. You may need to change your topic until you are given the option for a call back or chat with support)

    regarding the unauthorized transactions.

    If you are unable to find the exact option for this issue go ahead and look through the different options so that you can get the "Request a Callback" option.

    Sorry to hear you have run into this problem with the billing. Have you taken a look at the accounts order history to see if the transaction was completed under your account? If you have not taken a look at it go ahead and take a look at the

    Order History
    to see if there was any transactions.

    If you do not see nothing then I would advise that you
    Contact Xbox Support
    so that you can get assistance with this with a live agent.
