    Hi, can anyone help me? I am a dumb Mum who let her 9 year old son buy one upgrade of ‘coins ‘ on Fortnite. On checking bank statement today x box has taken off 7 payments!!, totalling £80. I am furious, as my son said he didn’t do more than one transaction
    and I believe him. Is there any way to ge5 money back and ensure this doesn’t happen again? I have no idea about games so I am scared to let him play now on Xbox live. Any help appreciated, thanks!

    You should put a passcode on your console for purchases to prevent this in the future also. Require a Passkey for Purchases on Xbox One
