    You would have to call support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation.

    I went to sleep last night knowing that I only had 21 points in my account. I was not planning on purchasing anything for a while, so that was alright.

    I woke up this morning to find I had 6021 points and a £51 bill on PayPal. I did not make this transaction.

    I do not believe my account security has been compromised, since I received the points for which I was billed, but I do believe that I have been wrongly billed by Microsoft for something I did not request.

    Is it Fifa 14 by any chance?

    Change the password on your account and call support to report the charges.

    You can also file an Unauthorised Access case report if you feel that you have been hacked
