You can try performing a clean boot to troubleshoot the issue. A "clean boot" starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. If your problem does not occur while the computer is in a clean boot environment, then you can determine which startup application or service is causing the problem by systematically turning them on or off and restarting the computer.

Also, temporarily disable your security software, especially if you've installed a third-party one. Some security software can interfere with games. Just remember to turn it on immediately, so that there won't be security threats.

By the way, is the Roblox app up-to-date? Update it if you haven't done so.

you can buy any licensed third-party controller you want to, which has been the case since day one of Xbox over 20 years ago. There is no ban on third-party controllers, they closed the loop hole/bug that unlicensed, unapproved controllers were using to avoid paying fees.
