    Unanswered question to suspension


    My son has been suspended for a week, however we have no idea why or who has done this! I tried to do a case review to the enforcement team by following the instructions, but the system would not allow me to do this. I have sent messages on the discussion,
    enforcement and support pages and am getting nothing back! I need to know the reasons for the ban so I can address these with him. I still don't know these reasons and you are not replying to me!! I would appreciate an explanation asap.
