Unacceptable upgrade problems

The lack of communication from xbox on this matter is unacceptable after problems with Sony out selling you would think customer service would be a priority

UNACCEPTABLE problems of connection

Hello,

I'm French and i'm tryna explains my problem, excuse me if my english is too bad.

I got a PS4 and XBOX ONE both account got a same name and sometime i have a connection problem from my XBOX ONLY. i can't connect my account because from the hardware i guess my XBOX is not connected to internet. my connection is
good, i reboot my box (modem), i reboot my XBOX. After all this it's A NAT problem comming and i FIX this and sometime my account is connected but i can't play online because the xbox live can't connect i don't know why. i try EVERYTHING of your advice AND
I'M STILL disconnect to the account for maybe 1 hour (4 hours is my record now) and i'm really tired of this. because all time i got this problem i check if my connection is good with my PS4 and if i can play online and EVERYTHING IS GOOD i don't hear about
NAT, i don't hear about the

TEREDO, i don't hear about error code, i'm not transform me to an technician NO ! i just Press START AND PLAY.



i ain't got the time for play a part of this ridiculous war between XBOX and PS4 by some people of both community, i love play ALL video-game, i prefer XBOX since the first XBOX and the reason i got a PS4 is my brother but at this time with this problem
i past my time in my PS4. ALL I WANT is PUSH THE START AND PLAY. all this connected HARDWARE and this NAT problem ruined my game time and remind me all the problem i have with my laptop with windows 10. i don't know where this problem came from (windows in
xbox, your system of connecting from the hardware) but you need to fix this or maybe i have to buy an XBOX ONE X but if i buy this and the problem still there, you never see me again with an XBOX till i hear the hardware change...

please help me and if you got the same struggle PLEASE SUPPORT me because Microsoft need to FIX that

This gen certainly has more problems than the last one, completely unacceptable really, but what can you do?

 

I tried for an hour last night to get a refund via chat because I couldn't get my XBOX One copy. They never gave it to me. This is false advertising and they can get in trouble and fined for this. It's funny how I can purchase it again on the One, that
works of course. Anyhow, file a online complaint at the FTC and BBB. It's a very simple process and only takes a few minutes.

I have been a Live member for 8 years and spend thousands of dollars on XBOX services and goods a year, they want to loose me over $59..? Fine by me, here I come SONY.

Calm the nerd rage. They're fixing it. No one is getting fined. It's a software bug not false advertising.

 

The rage started when they refused to give me a refund. Software bug? How come I can buy it again on the One, that seems to work just fine. It's false advertising. They got you programmed real good "software bug"...lol

 

The bug is keeping you from downloading for free. Are you slow or something?

 

Who are you? The official forum fanboy? I paid for something that was advertised in a certain way, I am unable to redeem or use it as advertised. This is called false advertising. 101 stuff that is beyond you obviously.

 

You are a real jerk teknikk7. Dangerboy is just trying to help and you act like you are the only one this is affecting. If you read the agreement you would see no refunds is in the confirm before you buy button.

 

If you also read it says that you get the free upgrade to the XBOX One version. They didn't honor the agreement, so I should be entitled to my money back. Right?

Or am I wrong? Did they honor their part of the agreement?

 

Activison is at fault they have not released the upgrade software yet

 

When you talk to Activision they say it's Microsofts fault. You sound just like the chat reps I was talking to last night. A lot of finger pointing with no action plan for resolving my issues.

 

Both companies have there part to play in this problem and yes they should have been more responsive and explained what the problem was. Yes it's a pain, I'm still waiting and getting jealous of my friends that are playing it right now but this happens every
time they release CoD the system fails.

Just to point out Microsoft haven't broken the agreement as you have your Xbox 360 version, the other part is a free gift from Activision there terms and condition cover this problem
Activision | Terms of Use section 17, these big companies cover everything.

If you get anything it will be only as a goodwill gesture but it will be for everyone that has had this problem.

 

Section 17 has to do with intellectual property rights and nothing related to this topic? The message is plastered all over the Advanced warfare screens. "Get a free copy for the One with purchase of the 360 version". That's it, it doesn't state see details,
see clause, see anything. This is false advertising. Period.
