    This is ridiculous. I have never paid for a service that is so frequently disrupted. You guys need to get your crap together or give everyone their money back. If I can't play on the one three-day weekend I get, it's really not worth having the service...

    Xbox One Backwards Compiatabilty? Which Games?

    There is no place to post regarding Xbox One so I'm posting here. Tonight's outage is a complete outrage. There better be some serious refunds coming to the community. It's unacceptable to have an outage so severe that users can't sign in, can't play games
    that aren't online, and can't even watch TV. This is garbage Microsoft. Make it right.

    Ridiculous. If anyone with any authority is reading this, I want you to know that you are doing a terrible job. There is simply no excuse for an outage of this long. Plain and simple unacceptable.
