    Customer service usually takes a year or two to get its *** together when a new console comes out; was pretty much the same with the 360's day too. Honestly, customer service is all about luck and being as concise and patient as possible. You were, but the
    luck part failed you. Seems like you just have to stick with it and eventually get your power supply back. It's not worth laying down more money for a PS4.

  2. im not a fanboy but im gonna point this out > i own a ps3 as well as 2 xbox 360's 1 elite 1 slim 250gb 360 see i had a problem on my ps3 where i bought a ps+ 3 month via psn card and somehow it gave me ps+ and after 24 hours it didnt show ps+ i contacted
    Sony Entertainment america via BBB i got refunded my 17.99 and they gave me my ps+ as well of course this was after i got 2 days of run around answers and threatened a lawsuite and bad publicity in the end i bought 3 ps classics and got my 3 months of ps+
    > just threaten to go to the press or file a complaint with the federal trade commission if nothins resolved

    another funny story 1 of my friends was playing call of duty ghosts joins a random lobby with a jtagger in it he presteiged everyone in pregame lobby to 6th now my friends stuck till he gets 200+ squad points he opened a ticket with activision/IW to have
    his rank reset they said they would yet they didnt and told him if he didnt reply they would close his case few hours later they closed it even after he replied > IW=Infinity Ward have the worsed customer support but not as bad as EA trust me dont ask !!

    I've been screwed over and over again, this is my 3rd 360 that is now breaking down on me for no reason, i take care of my things there's no reason this should happen…Open Tray and Unrecognizable Disc pop up all the time for me and now xbox.com is *** down
    i can't redeem any codes, Im getting errors left and right on this damn site...

    Called MS support about this stuff last night:

    9pm CT USA

    I'm told "The reason I can't find much information about this HDCP issue for the Xbox One is that the Xbox One doesn't use it. We don't use HDCP. I just found this on the Internet, one of our forums actually. We don't use HDCP."

    That is slightly paraphrased, but not by much!

    I said something like I'm sorry but what you just said is absolute bunk, no question. Thanks but no thanks and hung up the phone. I have a voice mail now from Microsoft support and I think I'll just leave it until later. Can't be anything very important.

    The BBB has NO influence on company policy, all they do is rate a business if people complain. Seems like user miscommunication IMO. What did the tracking number/s say, Why could you not call support instead of waiting??? Remember by the time things
    work, The new Halo game maybe availible.........
