    Unacceptable CSR Service.


    Apparently the website cannot use your microsoft balance. There is no warning anywhere stating that. I purchased an expansion and it billed me for full through paypal.

    The agents kept me on chat for over 1.5 hours, with disappointing service, eventually "hanging up on me"

    The log of this conversation is 14 pages long. During which the agent "Guesses" waiting an hour will help, suggests I purchases the expansion again (which I can;t do, it is listed as purchased), and tells me she cannot help me further.

    At one point she also suggests I have given her misinformation, as when the discussion started I was unable to access my xbox, and later in the conversation I was able to.

    She refused to give me any links where I could request further assistance, or express my displeasure with the service.

    She told me in addition to waiting an hour I would have to provide screenshots of my television, as well as talk to her on the phone (after spending over an hour in chat and being very angry).

    She finally says she can;t help me further and immediately closes chat.

    As i mentioned I would like to share this 14 page log with CSR management.

    As a side note I am still unable to purchase the expansion since it is listed as purchased, although I am unable to play it.

    I was told by their support that they don't take complaints, I need to write a letter and mail it in. This was by a supervisor. I have only had this console fo a month and have had to call them every week. Now I need to write a letter and mail it in? Way
    to go support. I remember with the original Xbox I had a game occasionally restart on a 2 year console and they offered to let me ship the console back for free and they would fix it. The service has gone down hill and support does not care. The worst part
    is it was a supervisor. The lady I spoke to first seemed to actually care. The guy who I asked to complain about all the issues said its not his job to hear complaints and I need to write a letter. Needed to vent.

    I understand how u feel I sent my power brick two them over 2 weeks ago n called yesterday to see why I haven't received a new one since they received mine 8 over day ago. I ask why is the power brick is consider an accessory since your console is rendered
    unless n without out it and why can't they just send me a new since they already have mine N they respond with very vague excuses as to Y they cant. Then they tell me they have to send to advocacy which could take 18 more day before i find out when or if
    I will have a replacement. I know one thing whenever I do receive my new one I'm done with microsoft.

    Still curious why I had to waste almost two hours of frustration, just to be mischarged, have to wait for a refund, and still am unable to just pay you for the expansion I want.

    You did get the expansion though and already paid for it

    They cannot take the expansion back because there is no refunds even if they refund the money fyi there is no refunds and the warning was the purchasing page as currency nor ms points was an option on the purchasing page

    Fyi they can't issue the refund because you did it knowningly and ignored the purchase options

    And even if the refund is issued sometimes they do an one off depending on the situation

    But the game will be still in your queue and purchase history as they cannot remove it

    This is why you must use the console

    You get your accurate price for your region and the description for your region

    It's a total dissapointment and a shame for a company like Microsoft that they can't fix a ridiculous issue the Marketplace is facing since the bright minded guys decided to erase the Microsoft Points! That's a total failure, in 2014 we can't use the site
    to buy something! We have to carry our Xboxes while on vacation or on our jobs! What a huge lol is that! It's 1 year later and still "the website cannot use the Microsoft account money". BUT guess what, the Xbox One's site CAN use that currency, but we are
    too lazy and we don't want to get it fixed for the 360 that MILLIONS OF USERS HAVE! Because F U give me your money and buy Xbox One. That's it. In their defence, the site clearly states that it gets your money from the credit card :/

  7. high priority and low priority are addressed differently, things that have a Workaround (purchase on your console) obviously are considered low priority Change because you in fact are able to purchase but with less comfort than you wish for

    Low priority is low priority, and no priority is no priority because not even 1 Microsoft guy came here to even acknowledge the issue and tell us that they are working on it! They simply don't care and that's all! No there is no workaround! If my console
    is sent for repair or I am in vacation why should I be losing deals and games with gold?

  9. your Point is inability to Access offers. you are right about having had "enough time" to implement it, but the facts wont Change: if your console is on repair sign it at a friends console is possible (less comfortable), if you are on vacation and didnt
    bring your xbox with you this was your own decision, if you took it with you but cant Access Internet thats bad luck then.

  11. Hey there, Jmwalker99! So sorry to see that you had a bad experience with a chat agent. The unfortunate thing is that currency is not able to be used on the website for items for sale on the Xbox 360. You should be able to make purchases with currency on
    the 360 console without an issue. Please do post up if you are still unable to.

    Misses Quinzel are you trolling us? You tell us to post a feedback? It's not feedback on something, it's a bug! It's something that was there and you took away...how is that a feedback? You need a feedback on the step behind that you made? That's ridiculous!
    You removed an important and useful feature and you want us to provide feedback on that...ook.
