Unable to View Xbox Purchases

I tried to view my purchase history in payment and billing but it says that i have no recent purchases. This is not true I have bought multiple games and season passes. I am looking for my Xbox One history but it doesn't show my 360 purchases either.

Backwords compatibility

Hi I'm unable to purchase backwords compatible games. When I view the price for the game I want to purchase it states pounds (sterling) when I click buy it then switches to dollars and I am unable to purchase it. My account is under the United Kingdom
but for some reason it still says dollars. Please help.

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

 

The list of purchased and downloaded items appear in the my games and apps. You will see the list of items you purchased on the right of each category (games & apps).

 

You can also log in to commerce.microsoft.com to see what you have purchased on your account. That website will show all purchases for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Old Thread. I'm seeing this as well. I'm on
the commerce site. The Overview tab shows my last five purchases like it should, but the Purchase History tab is showing "No recent purchases" for every year (2008-2015). This is for both IE and Firefox. I recently updated my credit card's expiry date.
